Delivery Details
All our gifts are beautifully wrapped and will include a card with your personal message.
We aim to complete orders as quickly as possible, and when items are in stock we send them out within 48 hours - exceptions being around Christmas and sale periods, for which allow more time.
Dispached goods are sent out on a 48 hour delivery but please understand that sometimes there are delays. Regrettably no delivery service is infallible, and estimated delivery dates are therefore not guaranteed.
We will generate the below standard delivery cost at the time of purchase, and contact you directly to make arrangements. Should there be a difference in delivery cost we will notify you before dispatching the item/s. Weight influences shipping prices so unfortunately we can't always be acurate on the large and heavy items you may purchase.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for breakages for items sent via a third party, so kindly consider how fragile the item is before ordering it .
During the check-out process, you will be asked to select the shipping address for your order. At this time, you can ship your online order to only one location. We realise that your order may include gifts that require shipping to several different locations, therefore, we offer two solutions in this instance. Registry gift. The registry owner / bride has chosen Silver ribbon to wrap and deliver with your message directly to her. We do know the brides delivery details. we ask you for yours in the event of trying to contact you directly if there is a problem so rest assured we know where to deliver this gift! 25.00 (ZAR)
All goods can be collected from our premises in Fourways Gauteng, however we do request that all collections are pre-arranged. No fee is charged for this facility but we'd like to know the item is in stock before you make the trip 0.00 (ZAR)
Post Office counter to counter bag. Size restrictions apply - the current flat fee applies to packages under 1kg. If your parcel fee is greater than thsi amount we will advise you which will be the most cost effective option - courier or speed services We make use of Speed Services and they deliver to your nearest Post Office counter. This service is nationwide and you will be supplied with a tracking number that will allow you to trace and track your parcel online at www.SpeedServices.co.za. Recpient will have to collect from their post office. supply. us with the recipients normal address and the nearest post office will notify the recipient to collect. we do not ship breakables
